In light of the ongoing pandemic, our entire team is currently working from home offices. Please bear with us in case that our response time might not be as swift as usual.
I firmly believe in caring about people and my team and I are strongly committed to everybody's safety, comfort and wellbeing. The safety and duty of care of our guests, staff, partners and local communities is our priority at all times.
My team and I keep a close watch on travel regulations and developments. We are in regular contact with our hotel and transportation partners, who are all implementing exemplary safety and hygiene measures for the well-being of travellers as well as staff, as requested by Federal and local state governments.
We also work on protocol of how travelling will be like once travel resumes, such as rules and regulations pertaining to visiting the many museums and galleries, churches, castles and other historic buildings or monuments.
We have adopted to using larger vehicles, all drivers obviously wear protective face masks and gloves and all vehicles are being sanitised after each use. Our guides all wear protective face masks and will always maintain minimum distancing. As travel resumes, we will also use more and more head gears and audio guides for privately guided tours.
Throughout Germany, wearing a protective face mask, observing a minimum social distancing of 1.5 - 2 metres and waiting outside shops or restaurants to be allowed in, has become the norm and is partially enforced by having been made compulsory. People are also asked to disinfect their hands at touchless hand sanitiser dispensers wherever available, to refrain from shaking hands, to turn away from others when coughing or sneezing - and washing their hands afterwards.
